A few months ago, a new revenue line was launched focused on decommissioning, reselling, and recycling old IT assets. This business line is growing rapidly and is set to become a significant pillar within the organization.

What you’ll do
Systems and data ownership

Configure and manage the HRIS (HiBob) as the single source of truth, including data, workflows, permissions, and compliance fundamentals.

Maintain structured, automated hiring workflows in Greenhouse in close partnership with Talent Acquisition.

Safeguard data quality across all People systems and ensure payroll inputs are accurate and submitted on time.

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on headcount, hiring funnel, turnover, performance cycles, and broader workforce analytics.
Core People processes

Design and run end-to-end People processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, compensation changes, and contract or data updates.

Operate performance cycles in 15Five, including setup, timelines, calibration logistics, manager guidance, and reporting for HRBPs and leadership.

Support compliance and risk control through contract templates (in collaboration with Legal), access management, documentation hygiene, and audit readiness.

Document processes and updates in a clear, accessible, and repeatable way.
Collaboration and enablement

Act as the operational sparring partner for HRBPs, building scalable processes that are then activated within the business.

Work closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure alignment and predictability across functions.

What you bring
- 8+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations within a tech, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
- Proven experience owning or co-owning an HRIS (preferably HiBob).
- A track record of running full-process onboarding, offboarding, and performance cycles.
- Strong data capabilities, including extracting information from multiple systems, building dashboards, and identifying patterns.
- Experience collaborating with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition within a shared operating model.
- Solid understanding of HR operational fundamentals across both Europe and the US.
