Functieomschrijving Talent Acquisition & HRIS Specialist EMEA

Are you the communicative and strong recruitment professional with a love for data, reporting and analytics? Do you want to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with candidates and your key stakeholders? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HRIS Specialist EMEA based in the Netherlands to join our dynamic and growing Global Talent Acquisition Team and oversee full cycle Recruitment and our HRIS for Recruiting and Onboarding for our EMEA locations.

Talent Acquisition tasks:

  • Responsible for the full cycle recruitment process in close cooperation with your Hiring Managers and HR managers. Advise on the best hiring strategy and manage expectations of stakeholders;
  • Develop position specific recruitment plans, identify candidate pools and create attractive and exciting job descriptions to engage candidates to join syncreon;
  • Optimize the internal and external recruitment processes. Translate strategy towards operational actions and be the sparring partner during the operational recruitment process;
  • Pro-actively source candidates (active and passive) in the EMEA labor market by using syncreon’s Sourcing Strategy and Applicant Tracking System (ATS: SAP SuccessFactors) in cooperation with the latest sourcing channels on the market;
  • Facilitate, conduct and organize interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments and online/in-person interviews;
  • Manage the feedback and offer process to candidates in continuous cooperation with the Hiring Manager and HR;
  • Manage relations with external recruitment agencies and sourcing suppliers and negotiate terms and conditions;
  • Participate in Global Talent Acquisition projects, e.g. Employer Branding activities, HRIS implementation, analytics.

HRIS Recruiting and Onboarding module tasks:

  • Confirms accuracy and integration of data in our HRIS: Recruiting & Onboarding module. Maintains data and provides analytics, and assures information/reports are available on a timely basis;
  • Participates in weekly, monthly, yearly, HRIS configurations and updates. Provides administrative support such as technical administrative questions and ensures necessarily follow up;
  • Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of the Global Talent Acquisition group & HR operations;

Functievereisten Talent Acquisition & HRIS Specialist EMEA

Your Key Qualifications

  • BSc in Human Resources or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience. Preferably in an international and corporate environment in end-to-end recruitment cycle. Experience recruiting for a Logistics/3PL company is preferred;
  • Experience in sourcing techniques on platforms like LinkedIn, StepStone, Indeed, etc.
  • Proven track record of corporate recruitment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably German;
  • Analytical skills: proven ability to collect, organize, visualize and assimilate data.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders across all levels simultaneously;
